Ian Merrifield is the Founder and Lead Consultant of The Possibility Engine. For over a decade, he's been helping teams shift gears from stalled progress to high-performance collaboration.
Ian has navigated tough leadership terrain across multiple sectors—from tech innovators and healthcare systems to energy companies, financial institutions, and purpose-driven non-profits. As a skilled learning designer and workshop facilitator, Ian works with teams to re-tune their workflows, align on a new direction, and create a roadmap toward what's possible.
